Salt therapy 45 mins - Exeter Clinic

Step out of King Street and into somewhere quieter. Our salt room recreates the microclimate of a natural salt cave, with a fine, dry salt aerosol dispersed through the air by a medical grade Prizma halogenerator.

The 45 minute session is our longer format: fifteen extra minutes over the standard session, giving you more time to settle, slow your breathing, and stay in the room long enough that the pace of the day drops away. Recliners, low light, warm salt underfoot, and calm sound. You do nothing at all. Just breathe normally.

What's included

• 45 minutes of private or shared salt room time, depending on the slot booked
• A short health screening and welcome before your first visit
• Blankets, recliner seating and ambient lighting

• Suitable for adults and, with a guardian present, children

How to prepare

• Arrive 10 minutes early for your first session
• Wear comfortable clothing you don't mind a light salt dust settling on
• Avoid heavy perfume or aftershave, out of consideration for other guests
• Bring an inhaler if you normally carry one

Is 45 minutes better than 30?
It's simply longer. Most people find the extra quarter of an hour is where they properly unwind, so it suits anyone coming in specifically to rest rather than fitting a session around a lunch break.

What do I wear?
Whatever you're comfortable in. Light salt residue brushes off easily once dry.

Can I book for two?
Yes. Select the number of guests at checkout, subject to room capacity.

Can I use my phone?
You can, though we'd gently suggest leaving it face down.
